Meet Dr. Riad
Founder of AL KAISAR
Dr. Riad Abu Saleh is a dentist, a businessman, and a pilot. He is an Israeli citizen born and raised in the village of Majdal Shams.
Dr. Riad is of Syrian heritage. A significant part of his business endeavors is driven by his passion to share the flavors of his culture and its cuisine with the world.
Alkaisar is one of these companies, started by Dr. Riad to specifically introduce specific Mediterranean delights, infused with a touch of the Syrian kitchen.
