Samosa is a middle eastern pastry made out of wheat dough and inside it a variety of delicious fillings such as beef, mashed potatoes, seasonal herbs, and more.

A samosa can be the main meal, or an addition to your lunch or dinner.

Samosa

  • INGREDIENTS

    Ground beef, bulgur, onions, water, sunflower oil, all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper
    CONTAINS: WHEAT

  • COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

    Samosas are sold frozen and should be cooked before consumption. Deep frying: Make sure the oil is hot, then carefully put in the Samosa, and cook until it is golden brown on the outside.

    Baking: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, then bake the Samosa for 6-8 minutes, after that heat up the oven up to 250c and bake for another 4-6 minutes or until you get the golden crunchy crust.

    Please note that the Samosa contains different fillings including beef, therefore not all kinds are suitable for vegetarians.
